James S. Lineweaver is President and Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Lineweaver Financial Group. Mr. Lineweaver brings over 16 years experience in financial consulting and wealth management to his clients. He majored in Finance at Cleveland State University and continued his education at Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Business. Mr. Lineweaver has been a Research/Financial Analyst for some of the largest securities companies in the nation, and he has been recognized as a member of the All American Team for his financial experience and dedication to the principles of sound investing.
He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Professionals, a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table and has been a member of the Top of the Table for the last nine years. Mr. Lineweaver is the financial speaker at many events in the greater Cleveland area and has been quoted in the Plain Dealer, Sun Newspapers and Northern Ohio Live magazine. His financial articles appear quarterly in Fifty Something Magazine, and he has been featured by Cleveland Magazine and WEWS News Channel 5 in their "Choices for Living Segments." He created and hosted the Financial Quarterback Radio Show on WKNR 850. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland and the local Rotary.
Jim Lineweaver and Lineweaver Financial Group are endorsed by the Ohio Patrolmen's Benevolent Association and a contributing writer to their publication, Police Beat Magazine. He is a frequent guest as a financial commentator on the morning show on WDOK 102.3. You can also see him every other Sunday as the financial commentator on WKYC Channel 3 on the Golden Opportunities show with Armond Budish.
Jim and Lineweaver Financial Group contribute annually to philanthropic causes in the local area.
OUR STAFF
Mark R. Niederhelman
Mark R. Niederhelman is a financial consultant bringing over 27 years experience in investments, financial services and education funding strategies. He also holds the duty of Business Development Manager. He is a graduate of Miami University's School of Business with a degree in Finance and has his MBA from the University of Cincinnati.
Mr. Niederhelman was a portfolio manager for Fifth Third Bank, managing equities for qualified retirement plans, not-for-profit organizations and trusts, and retired individuals. He also taught investment principles and strategies at the University of Cincinnati.
Mr. Niederhelman was a member of the Board of Directors of the Miami University Alumni Association from 1994 to 1998, and served as its President during his final year. He was also on the Board of Directors for the Sigma Phi Epsilon Housing Corporation.
Mr. Niederhelman is active in numerous civic, athletic and religious volunteer organizations.
Charlene

Charlene is our Director of Operations. She is responsible for the coordination of all facets and departments of Lineweaver Financial Group, including marketing, customer service, underwriting and event planning. Charlene also oversees the Accounting and Human Resource departments. She is the media coordinator for the radio and television appearances made by the firm's financial consultants.
Charlene earned her undergraduate degree from Miami University and has an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. Her previous work experience was in the fields of banking and investments.
She has been an active volunteer member of many organizations, often in the leadership role, throughout the years her children were in school. She continues her volunteer work on the Church Worship Commission.
Brent
Brent is our Investment Analyst. His responsibilities include assisting with investment selection decisions and asset allocation for our clients. He participates in investment research and analytical projects for the financial consultants. Wealth-Trac Consolidated Reports are also initiated by Brent.
Prior to joining the Lineweaver Team, Brent was a due diligence analyst covering mutual funds, separately managed accounts and alternative investments. He holds Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) and Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC) designations as well as numerous Securities Licenses. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree from Miami University and an MBA from John Carroll University. Brent is an avid Cleveland sports fan and in his free time, he and his wife enjoy traveling.
Diane

Diane handles the Internal Operations at Lineweaver Financial Group. She provides help and support in a variety of office duties. These include client services and support, computer input and client records, financial consultant licensing, and general office assistance.
Along with her Associate's Degree in Secretarial Science from Myers University, Diane has continued her education with various computer classes. Previous experience includes executive secretarial positions, a managerial position with a direct sales firm, and many officer and board positions in her childrens' parent-teacher organizations. She very much enjoys her three grown children and husband of 31 years.

Nicole works as part of the Service and Processing Team. All applications are completed and submitted to the proper financial organizations through Service and Processing. Nicole processes the paperwork for all new business, establishes new accounts and initiates all account transfers. Nicole handles all aspects of any new business up until the point of delivery and then processes future investments or withdrawals and any other service related issues.
While she is already a graduate of a Business Vocational program, she is continuing to further her education and working toward a college degree. Nicole is a fan of most sports and still plays softball in the summer. She also enjoys spending time with her family, friends and traveling out west.
Angel
Angel is also part of the Service and Processing Team. She processes paperwork for new business, establishes new accounts and tracks the progress until contracts are issued. After issue, she is responsible for processing future investments, distribution requests and any necessary changes.
Angel and her husband are the proud parents of three young children including a set of twins. She imparts her artistic talent to her children by doing various arts and crafts. She is also a great cook and enjoys spending time with her extended family.
Amanda
Amanda handles Client Relations. She coordinates the preparation work for client appointments, including Portfolio Reports, Summary Spreadsheets and Investment Downloads. She manages the financial consultants' calendars. This includes scheduling appointments for annual reviews as well as new account packet appointments.
Amanda graduated from Ashland University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Marketing. She and her family are avid auto racing fans. They participate in races and Amanda herself has been known to get behind the wheel!
Nancy

Nancy also deals with Client Relations. Her duties include creating investment and insurance reports. She prepares files for all client contact meetings. Nancy performs many miscellaneous duties around the office to help make Lineweaver Financial Group run smoothly.
Nancy is the mother of three terrific children. She is active in her church and has established many youth programs in her community. In her free time, she enjoys attending theater and dance productions.
Karen

Karen conducts our Marketing activities. She handles all aspects of client and business marketing, including
WealthWATCH educational programs, magazine articles, and television appearances. She also coordinates promotional materials.
Karen has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Akron. She enjoys volunteering and is active in many community organizations. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, playing golf and tinkering in the yard.
Christina
Christina assists with Marketing and Administrative activities. She is in charge of our internal marketing systems at Lineweaver Financial Group. She completes various reports and tasks to maintain consistent client contact. The transfer of value calls are scheduled and the follow up paperwork is completed by Christina. She also works on organizing our accurate filing system.
Christina graduated from the Marketing and Management program at Lorain County Joint Vocational School. She enjoys working with our clients. Her hobbies include scrapbooking and spending time with her growing family.
Melissa
Melissa is the office Receptionist. She welcomes clients and guests to the office. Telephone calls are received, directed, and messages relayed through Melissa to the appropriate staff person. She provides office support in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office. The office filing system remains current and accurate due to her efforts.
Melissa graduated from Heritage Christian School. She has steadily worked in customer service for eighteen years. Her interests include spending time with her new husband and singing in her church choir.
