James S. Lineweaver


James S. Lineweaver majored in Finance at Cleveland State University and continued his education at Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Business. Mr. Lineweaver has been a Research/Financial Analyst for some of the largest securities companies in the nation, and he has been recognized as a member of the All American Team for his financial experience and dedication to the principles of sound investing. His knowledge and experience in the financial market is of great assistance to everyone.

He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Professionals, a GenMark Business Advisor, and a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table. Mr. Lineweaver is the financial speaker at many events in the greater Cleveland area and is frequently quoted in the Plain Dealer, Sun Newspapers and Northern Ohio Live magazine. His financial articles appear quarterly in Fifty Something Magazine, and he has been featured by Cleveland Magazine and WEWS News Channel 5 in their Choices for Living Segments. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland and the local Rotary.

He and his wife, Kathy, are the proud parents of three children.


OUR STAFF

Mark R. Niederhelman

Mark 2005 Mark R. Niederhelman has over 25 years experience in  investments,  financial services and education funding strategies. He is a graduate of Miami University’s School of Business with a degree in Finance and has his MBA from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Niederhelman was a portfolio manager for Fifth Third Bank, managing equities for qualified retirement plans, not-for-profit organizations and trusts, and retired individuals. He also taught investment principles and strategies at the University of Cincinnati.

Mr. Niederhelman was a member of the Board of Directors of the Miami University Alumni Association from 1994 to 1998, and served as its President during his final year. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Sigma Phi Epsilon Housing Corporation.

Mr. Niederhelman is active in numerous civic, athletic and religious volunteer organizations. He and his wife, Charlene, are the proud parents of two wonderful teenage children.


Bruce D. Orendorf

Bruce D. Orendorf has over 20 years of experience in the values and principles of income strategies Through his past work experience, he has extensive knowledge in the area of financial analysis.

Mr. Orendorf has a Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University and received his Master’s Degree from the University of Illinois.

Mr. Orendorf is very active in Social, Church and Music organizations. He is the very proud parent of two children.


Jody L. Ruckstuhl

Jody L. Ruckstuhl's 20-plus years in business and finance yielded her extensive experience and knowledge in financial services. Her banking experiences with Bank One and Huntington presented the opportunity to focus on investment strategies for individuals including retirement planning. Her major at CCBC in Pennsylvania was Business Administration.

Jody is active in various community, athletic and religious volunteer organizations and served as the chairman of the Buildings and Grounds Committee for a Pittsburgh metropolitan YMCA. She and her husband,Bill, are the proud parents of two wonderful children.


Charlene 
                                 
Charlene handles the management of the office. She is responsible for the coordination of all facets and departments of Lineweaver Financial Group, including marketing, scheduling, underwriting and event planning. Charlene also oversees the Referral System and is the media coordinator for the radio and television appearances made by the firm's financial consultants.

Charlene earned her undergraduate degree from Miami University and has an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. Her previous work experience was in the fields of banking and investments. She and her husband, Mark, have two teenage children, and as a family they enjoy downhill skiing, biking, golf, tennis and watching school sporting events.


Jackie
 Jackie handles all preparation work for client appointments, including Portfolio Reports, Summary Spreadsheets, and Investment downloads. She manages the financial consultants' calendars and schedules appointments, including annual reviews and new account packet appointments.

Jackie first started working here in her senior year of high school as an intern for her business vocational class. Upon graduation, she was awarded Business Student of the Year by the city of Parma. Her hobbies include spending time with her son and younger siblings, shopping and traveling.

 

Diane

Diane is Charlene's assistant, providing help and support in a variety of office duties. These include client services and support, computer input and client records, financial consultant licensing, marketing assistance, and general office assistance.

Along with her Associate's Degree in Secretarial Science from Myers University, Diane has continued her education with various computer classes. Previous experience includes executive secretarial positions, a managerial position with a direct sales firm, and many officer and board positions in her children's parent-teacher organizations. She very much enjoys her three grown children and husband of 27 years, Larry.


Karen

Karen is our Marketing Coordinator. She handles all aspects of our educational seminars from finding a location to coordinating the food, as well as making sure all materials are ready for each program. She also oversees all company marketing including magazine articles, the company newsletter, and television appearances.

Karen has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Akron. She and her husband, Kirk, have three children. She enjoys volunteering at their school and watching them play a variety of sports. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, playing golf and tinkering in the yard.

 
Laurel

Laurel is part of the processing team at Lineweaver Financial Group. She has a Life, Health & Annuities license.  All applications are completed and submitted to the proper financial organization through this group. As part of the process she establishes all client accounts, handles the transfer of funds, and tracks the progress until contracts are issued. After issue she is responsible for processing future investments, distribution requests and changes made to existing contracts.

Laurel has an Associates Degree in  Business Administration with emphasis in Paralegal studies from Park's College in Denver, Colorado.  She is an animal lover and enjoys spending time with her two dogs.  She also spends time volunteering in the community.
 
 
Nicole
 
Nicole is also part of the processing department.  She also has a Life, Health and Annuities license.  She processes the paperwork for all new business, establishes new accounts and initiates all account transfers.  Nicole handles all aspects of any new business up until the point of delivery and then processes future investments or withdrawals. 
While she is already a graduate of a Business Vocational program, she is continuing to further her education and working toward a College Degree. 
 
She is a fan of most sports and even plays softball in the summer.  She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and travelling out west.
 
  
Amy 
 
Amy is the newest member of our processing department.  She is involved in the processing of new client investments as well as their future investments.  She handles transfers and distribution requests. 
 
She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  She is also a basketball fan and enjoys watching games!


Nancy

Nancy is our office assistant. She runs Principia, insurance and fund reports. She prepares the files for appointments and policy deliveries. Nancy performs many miscellaneous duties around the office to help make Lineweaver Financial Group run smoothly.

Nancy is the mother of three terrific children.  She enjoys attending theatre and dance company productions.

 
Eileen

Eileen is our Customer Service Representative. She contacts all our clients every quarter to answer any questions he or she may have. She is also in charge of scheduling transfer of value phone calls and following up with all paperwork.

Prior to her employment with us, Eileen was an Administrative Assistant for CEI and First Energy and worked in the Marketing Department with their client programs. In her free time, Eileen enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her family

 

Angel

Angel is the newest member of the Lineweaver Financial Group team.  She completes various reports to assist Jackie and Charlene.  She also handles office mailings and does a great job keeping up with all of the filing in the office.

She is the mother of a very active four year old and a set of two year old twins!  When she has time, she enjoys going out with her husband for a quiet dinner and maybe some dancing and some karaoke!


Greta

Greta is the office receptionist. She greets clients as they arrive for meetings. She also does the bulk of the word processing for the office.
